Spruce - Graduate Housing

These apartments are newly constructed, modern, furnished, clean housing within close proximity to the University of Utah’s academic center and accessible via a free Campus Shuttle. Graduate Students who are not married/partnered are eligible to live in single graduate housing and may be paired with a roommate/s depending on the number of bedrooms in your selected apartment.

Housing is licensed by academic term renewable yearly. Cancellation of the license agreement before the end of the term is determined by the Termination of License Agreement policy.

Rental rates listed are per room; rooms are not shared.

Rent will be charged for the full month when moving in, regardless of move in date.

All buildings are non smoking.
